Southern Corn Pudding

This is a super easy corn pudding recipe. Jiffy mix is your base and you just mix in the rest of the ingredients and bake for an hour and forget about it. It is sooooo good.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can regular corn
  • 1 can cream corn

Instructions
 

  • Butter your casserole dish. Add all of the ingredients together. Put batter into casserole dish. Bake at 350' for 1 hour. Serve warm.
