Best Cornbread Hands Down!

1 cup of cornmeal
3 cups of all purpose Flour
1 cup sugar
2 tblsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup butter melted
2 tbsp honey
4 eggs
2 /12 cups of milk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of cornmeal
  • 3 cups of all purpose Flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tblsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups of milk

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9x13 dish. Preheat oven to 350' Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix together well. In separate bow, combine eggs, oil, melted butter, honey and milk. Add wet ingredients to the dry, just until moistened. Pour the batter into 9x13 and place in oven for 45-50 minutes. Cover foil loosely the last 10 minutes if getting too browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
