Easy Peasy Quiche

This is an easy, quick quiche to make. Can be made ahead and reheats well.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350'.Lightly grease a 9" pie plate. Line the bottom of the pie plate wiht your choic of fillings. ex (bacon, finely chopped broccoli, ham, mushrooms, green pepper, sausage etc…) Combine the eggs, butter, salt flour and milk and shredded cheese of your choice. Whisk until smooth and pour over meat and vegetables in pie plate. Bake in preheated oven for 35 mins or until center is set. You can serve hot or cold. Excellent served for brunch with a side of salad with balsamic dressing.
