Tara’s Mile High Biscuits
Made from scratch homemade biscuits
Equipment
- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup cold milk
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in food processor. Add 1 stick of cold unsalted butter. Pulse about 4 times to pea size. Then add 3/4 cup of cold milk until mixture is together. Put onto floured surface and roll out to desired thickness. Cut biscuts with biscuit cutter or a drinking glass can be used. Best place in fridge or freezer for 10 minutes. Place into 450′ oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
